Privacy Policy
1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data by Ivan Sergeevich Mikhailov (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
The Operator considers the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data to be the most important condition for its activities, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family confidentiality.
This Policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://mysite.ru.
2. Basic Terms Used in the Policy

Blocking of personal data — temporary termination of processing of personal data (except when processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

Operator — a state or municipal body, legal or natural person, independently or jointly with others organizing and/or performing the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data;
Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable user of the website https://mysite.ru;
User — any visitor to the website https://mysite.ru;
Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or group of persons;
Distribution of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transfer of personal data) or making personal data publicly available, including publication in mass media, posting in information networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;
Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to a foreign state authority, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity;

3. The Operator May Process the Following Personal Data of the User
– Last name, first name, patronymic;
– Phone number;
– Email address;
The website also collects and processes anonymized visitor data (including cookies) using web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).
The above data are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Personal Data.”
4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to conclude, perform, and terminate civil-law contracts; to provide the User with access to services, information, and/or materials located on the website https://mysite.ru; and to clarify order details.
The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving such messages by sending an email to policy@mysite.ru with the subject line “Unsubscribe from notifications about new products and services and special offers.”

The term for processing personal data is unlimited. The User may withdraw consent for processing personal data at any time by sending a notice to the Operator via email to policy@mysite.ru with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent for personal data processing.”
7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
Before initiating cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country to which data is to be transferred provides adequate protection for the rights of personal data subjects.
Cross-border transfer of personal data to countries that do not meet these requirements may only occur with the written consent of the personal data subject or for the performance of a contract to which the subject is a party.

The User may contact the Operator for any clarification regarding the processing of their personal data by sending an email to policy@mysite.ru.
Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
